Welcome to the Skyfin Gmail Services Middleware ("the Service"). Please read the following terms carefully before using the Service. Accessing or using the Service indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Service Description
The Service is a stateless Gmail middleware that provides enterprise applications with the following capabilities:
- Google OAuth authorization flow hosting
- Sending emails via the Gmail API
- Gmail inbox status checking
- Access token refresh and management
The Service itself does not provide email storage. All persistent data (authorization tokens, account mappings, history cursors, etc.) is stored and managed by the caller.
2. Conditions of Use
2.1 Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have full legal capacity to enter into these terms
- You own a valid Google account and are authorized to grant the Service access to it
- The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
- Your use of the Service is for lawful purposes and does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
2.2 API Key Management
You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Any operation performed using your key is deemed to be your action. If you discover that your key has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
3. User Obligations
You agree not to, while using the Service:
- Send spam, harassment emails, or any unsolicited bulk messages
- Send emails containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate others or forge sender identities
- Engage in any activity that may harm the stability or security of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the underlying systems or data of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purposes
- Use the Service beyond reasonable scope, affecting other users' normal usage
4. Service Limits and Quotas
To ensure fairness and stability, the following limits apply:
- Sending quota: Up to 100 emails per account per day, and up to 20 per hour
- Rate limiting: API calls are subject to reasonable rate limits
- Concurrency limits: The number of simultaneous requests may be limited
We reserve the right to adjust the above limits based on service conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all related content (including but not limited to code, documentation, interface designs, and trademarks) are our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any license to our intellectual property, and you may not use our intellectual property in any way except as expressly permitted by these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- The Service will operate uninterrupted, timely, securely, or error-free
- The accuracy or reliability of any content transmitted through the Service
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
We are not liable for functional limitations caused by the unavailability of the Gmail API or Google services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time
- Update these Terms of Service, with the updated terms taking effect upon publication
- Suspend or terminate your access upon discovery of violations of these terms
After termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Miscellaneous
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior oral or written communications, negotiations, and agreements. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
